CONNECT
A practical framework for safer, more human conversations.
CONNECT is Recovery Together’s signature communication framework for frontline workers, support professionals and organisations who support people through distress, uncertainty, change, identity, recovery and everyday life challenges.
The framework gives workers a clear, memorable way to stay grounded in complex conversations; without rushing to fix, dismissing emotion, taking over, or stepping outside their role.
At its heart, CONNECT is about helping people feel heard, respected, safer and more in control.
Our Services
At Recovery Together, our services are built around one simple belief: people deserve support that strengthens dignity, choice, safety, and independence.
We support individuals, families, workers, and organisations across three key areas: NDIS Support Services, DVA Household Services, and Workplace Training. Across everything we do, our approach is person-centred, trauma-informed, recovery-oriented, and grounded in real-world experience.
Whether you are navigating the NDIS, needing practical support at home, or building the confidence of your workforce, Recovery Together provides support that is compassionate, capable, and focused on meaningful outcomes.
NDIS Support Services
We provide NDIS supports that help participants understand their plan, connect with the right services, build everyday skills, and work toward their personal goals.
Our approach is collaborative, respectful, and recovery-focused. We support people with psychosocial disability, mental health challenges, disability, and complex support needs to strengthen independence, increase community participation, navigate services, and build confidence in decision-making.
From Support Coordination and Psychosocial Recovery Coaching through to capacity-building and community-based support, we work alongside each person to create practical pathways toward stability, wellbeing, and a more connected life.

Workplace Training

Step away from the pressure of everyday life and reconnect with yourself, others, and the natural world.

What people say about us
01
"Before working with Recovery Together, I felt overwhelmed by my NDIS plan and didn’t really know where to start. They helped me understand my funding, connect with the right supports, and feel more confident making decisions. I never felt judged or rushed. I felt listened to, respected, and supported to take the next step at my own pace."
02
"Recovery Together has helped me feel less alone in my recovery. My Recovery Coach takes the time to understand what is going on for me and helps me work through things in a practical way. It’s not about being told what to do. It’s about having someone walk alongside me while I build confidence, routine, and hope again."
03
“The support I receive has made a real difference in my everyday life. I’ve been able to get out into the community more, build new skills, and feel more in control of my choices. Recovery Together supports me in a way that feels calm, respectful and genuine. They focus on what matters to me, not just what is written in a plan.”
